Review on Measuring Borosilicate Measurements Milliliter Dishwasher by Nancy Bryant

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cracked in less than a year

I liked the slimmer, more aesthetic and lighter material of this measuring cup, but I think it became too brittle and cracked after less than a year of use. I even have other measuring cups that I constantly fiddle with so they don't look like they're going to be worn out daily, and I've never handled them roughly (although I haven't spoiled them). I found it cracked after taking it out of the dishwasher so I'm not sure if it was from the heat or maybe it rattled against other items during the wash but I think I went to a thicker and more will return more durable size. Mugs like Pyrex again.

Pros
  • LEAKING SOCK: When you're measuring ingredients, you don't want half of them ending up on the countertop. Accuracy is very important when baking and it's impossible to get accurate measurements when your ingredients are on the counter and not in the bowl. That's why this Simax measuring cup features a V-shaped curved spout and a perfectly beveled edge to ensure your ingredients get where you want, when you want, every time. No more nasty drips and fun baking again
Cons
  • Out of fashion
