Easy to read and ideal for small batches

I love a cup. So easy to read although I use it as a steamer so be aware it gets hot around the handle so need to use an oven mitt but works great for small batches. I love that it's glass so you can tell for sure if all the flavors and coloring are mixed properly. The downside is that you can only make small batches. But it works perfectly.

Inaccurate measurement

Call me picky, but I figured the purpose of a measuring cup like this was to measure things. Well after much research and comparison it seems that this mug is inaccurate. 2 true real cups of water (measured by several other devices) reads 17 oz on the Simax. I suspect they put the label in the wrong place. Maybe they're not all the same. Who knows? However, this is a beautiful product.

No dripping from all sides

First there are a few reviews of how their measuring cup broke. I can't guess how they used or handled it, but it's very light and thin glass. It will probably be a bit delicate. With that in mind, I take good care of them, hand washing them and always putting them on the hot stand when there's hot water in them. So far, so good. The great thing is that I can pour my draft coffee very slowly and IT WILL NOT LEAK. It's also slightly taller and thinner than other two-cup measurements, making it…

Cracked in less than a year

I liked the slimmer, more aesthetic and lighter material of this measuring cup, but I think it became too brittle and cracked after less than a year of use. I even have other measuring cups that I constantly fiddle with so they don't look like they're going to be worn out daily, and I've never handled them roughly (although I haven't spoiled them). I found it cracked after taking it out of the dishwasher so I'm not sure if it was from the heat or maybe it rattled against other items during the…
