I'm tired of using monitor and keyboard boxes It was so easy to put together. The "joints" are a bit tight when you put the pieces together, but I just covered the wood with a towel and a hammer to get it all together. Fits perfectly on my countertop, although I don't like that I can organize everything - there are slots in the back for cords. Definitely recommend as an inexpensive way to get a standing desk. I set the shelves at a lower level as I am using them on a countertop so it is a higher surface to begin with but it would be perfect on a desk and I can raise the shelves to a higher level.
