Okay so I'll say I'm mostly happy with it. That being said, I had to make some changes to make it this way. Firstly when you put this under the axle you have to have your head and body under the car to operate the air valve. That's a bit confusing. I put a secondary valve on an extended line so I can add air without being under the car. You can use the jack to close the primary valve to ensure it is holding air. Secondly, as already mentioned, almost EVERY screw is loosened. One might think that this would be a simple control during production. So do yourself a favor and tighten EVERYTHING! Including hidden screws on the bottom. Third, a little disassembly is required. Inside is a series of steel tubes that slide into each other to maintain vertical alignment. You have "some" fat. I suggest removing the top plate and lubricating these tubes with grease. This also allows you to apply Loctite to the bolts during reassembly. I think with these simple modifications it will last for years. As for his actual work. My rig weighs around 5500#. If he picks it up very quickly. I also like the fact that it's more compact than a jack and easier to transport.
