I like how easy it is to use this software for my class! It's very user friendly. Sometimes there are glitches but they're usually fixed right away by their customer service team. They also have great tutorials that walk you through everything step by step so even if you don't know anything about using this program or any other computer programs in general, you can still learn quickly. For me personally, learning math skills has been easier because we've used this program more than once now. We were given an assignment where students had to create graphs using the data from our database. This was done in Excel first before importing into Cognos. However, when we imported the data directly from the database, it didn't work as well. So after many hours trying to figure out why, someone suggested us try using Decision Ed instead.
