Exactly what I was looking for!
We got a new rescue dog about 2 months ago, so we're constantly educating ourselves. I got this so I can always have a snack even when I don't have bags. I quickly got tired of treating the crumbs in my pockets! Lol, that's exactly what I was hoping for. It holds loads of food/training treats and the clip is easy to use. Sometimes I clip them to a belt, a bag, or a shoulder bag strap. I only had a few splashes when tilting - it stays closed but is easily accessible.
