False advertising and toxicity!
I received the correct product because the description was wrong. My skin repelled the ink (which should have been brown but greenish) causing the ink to peel off the surrounding healing tattoo. It is not safe and harmless and does not avoid allergies. I'm all hives! My skin was swollen in that area and it was also oozing out of my face causing pimples and rashes. I've never had this reaction to mascara and I'm heavily tattooed.
