Review on Da by LED Flameless Candles: Set of 12 Ivory Real Wax Pillar Candles with Remote Timer (Batteries not Included) by Joe Patterson

Bought two B#5 glass pillar candles. Bought as is to save a few bucks and didn't receive the remote despite listing it as LIKE NEW condition. Since the candles already contained batteries, we assume they were used as needed and then returned without the remote. I contacted the company to see if I could buy a remote control as the main reason I bought it was for the timer feature which requires a remote control. They didn't help, but luckily I have candles from other companies that work just fine. If the price wasn't so good I would go back but I really LOVE the candles. I have them in the bedroom and main bathroom and I even had to turn off some of them as the rooms were very well lit. Definitely recommend candles, just didn't get the customer service I would have liked.
