Review on ☕ Chemex Pour-Over Glass Coffeemaker - Classic Series: 8-Cup with Exclusive Packaging by Brittany Turner

I bought my Chemex in December 2019 and am very happy with it. Last week it started dripping while making coffee in the morning. I noticed it was leaking at the bottom and then was a little shocked to find there was a hole at the bottom. Chemex doesn't leave the container, I don't use it on the stovetop and I never put it in the dishwasher. Chemex did not fall. I thought there was a weak spot in the glass that caused a hole. I contacted Chemex and they told me to send it back to the seller. I informed them that the retailer is an approved online retailer that Chemex has listed in their RMA return policy. At the time, Chemex's response was that I caused traumatic damage to the coffee maker and this is unacceptable for the RMA. They further replied that they could give me a 10% discount on another Chemex. Do NOT treat a regular customer who bought their filters!
