Excellent tool for customer feedback and engagement

The ease of use allowed us to be efficient at posting our customer feedback when we were overwhelmed by other things going around our business! I do not like that you have two different pricing plans depending upon how many people are using it within one organization - this could make marketing more difficult since some employees would rather pay than spend time figuring out what they need compared with others who just want something free (such as students whose school uses NGR). Customer Service was excellent throughout my entire experience working through their team! They made everything easy while being so helpful along the way. We loved having quick access anywhere anytime allowing everyone's thoughts/opinions right away even if it wasn't directly related to an issue or product. This tool helped build relationships faster which helps increase sales opportunities because we're able to see where there needs improvement quicker but also show appreciation quickly too!! Customers can now post comments about service / products easily without needing another employee involved to help.
