I like how easy it was to use, with quick access of orders from anywhere in our office or home! We have been using this system since we started 4 years ago but haven't had any issues yet (but maybe because i'm new). It's great having all your information at one place so you can see everything about an account quickly without needing several different programs open etc.. The only thing would be if they could make it easier/more intuitive when adding multiple accounts into their program - sometimes there are times where its hard figuring out what goes next after inputting data already previously entered for another customer which just makes things more difficult than needed especially considering some people don't know exactly how these systems work haha. Having complete control over every aspect has helped us tremendously by keeping track of inventory levels as well as being able to keep up-to date records regarding customers' purchases throughout time allowing me to easily.
