Doesn't look blue
This ribbon is super cute but super transparent! It won't be blue unless you compare it to something solid, completely white. I had to stack it to see even a hint of blue. If you hang it on a tree, which is what I wanted to do with it, it looks like a translucent ribbon with pieces of white snow on it. It's also very thin. It's great when used properly, but you'll have to work with it if you want the blue to stand out.
