You don't need to use 39 blades all at once. 5 or 6 will do. Trying to force this whole monster through a slab of caramel is impossible. I suggest getting some random with washers to use as spacers and only using a few of the blades at a time. Changing spacers takes a while so get 2 cutters. One for length, one for width. And for sticky products, use it only as a marker gauge. You will still have to cut products like nougat and soft caramels with a knife. Unless you want pillows.
