I love this item. I ordered it not knowing much about it but it turned out to be a good massager for my legs and feet. I used it last night after playing tennis for two hours. I was very tired. I used it when I got home and put it on a 20 minute cycle. After that, my legs felt a lot better and I was able to walk up and down our stairs with no problems. I'm almost 60 years old and I highly recommend this massager. My 25 year old daughter has used it and she really likes it too. I recommend leaving it on soft or medium as the highest setting is too high for me. Maybe I'll get used to the high settings later on.
