I liked the Plantronic headphones and they lasted 9 months before they ran out of breath, so I bought these headphones. They look lovely and I appreciate them sending an extra pair of ear ruffles. It was also nicely packaged. They work well and most importantly I didn't need an adapter! I could just plug the USB into the laptop port and it worked. Working from home like millions of others during the pandemic, the need for a headset for calls and Zoom conferencing (or listening to music while my son plays his noisy video games next to me!) is vital. The noise cancellation works well, as does the microphone. Everyone can hear me much better. The only thing that bothers me is that the headphones sit a bit on the head. My ear hurt after an hour zoom session. This has never happened with my other headphones. However, it was a good buy and I recommend it, especially if you don't need to use them for hours.
