i got it to write my letters and the mouse didn't work right away then it said wifi is ready yes but i need to buy usb wifi around to use it, said DVD is ready NO! But DVD on this PC does not work. I contacted support on September 9th but still no mouse. They don't believe I actually brought this pc back from them. This is one way to avoid sending the mouse. I'm upset and will probably send it back because it didn't take care of me. It ended up costing me 200.00 plus 25.00 wifi socket, now I have to buy something else to have a DVD. Confused and very dissatisfied with them. Will report them to the BBB.
