Conclusion: Great. Very useful for dog bags. But if you want your phone in the case, it won't. I've used a variety of bag dispensers and I like this one better than the hard plastic dispensers that attach to a lanyard. The silicone portal for issuing packages works great. This keeps the bags from untangling and makes them easy to take out one at a time. This alone is worth the price. It has a top compartment for treats, but you can use it for lots of different things, an extra roll of pouches might be a good idea. Loading bags is easy. Durable and well made. The divider between the top and bottom has velcro on one side so you can open it up to just a pocket pouch if needed. The reflective strips on the strap are nice and easy to see. There is a pocket on the back, but you can only put a key or driver's license in it. Thanks to the strap, it is hands-free and easier to get out of your pocket than the plastic one that hangs on a leash.
