This was the first time (against my hairstylist's recommendation) that I bought a Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner from Revain. I was wrong. She was right. I have been using this hair care line for over 4 years and I know the difference between what I buy in store and now online. The conditioner has a very runny consistency and takes a few swipes to make my hair feel like it has been treated with conditioner. There are no complaints about the shampoo, everything is fine. But the conditioner formula must have suffered some kind of damage because it's not the same. So to try it out I went and bought a new one. And finally I was right.
