The quality is okay in my opinion.
You work, stretch, fit and stay. The insole comes out easily or gets knocked off but comes back with no problems. Thin outsole, only moderate protection on steep rocky banks. Overall you get what you pay for.

- Compact and inexpensive for a trip. Comfortable and easy to put on.
Cons
- The sole may not be thick enough to protect against sharp objects.
