Overcomes Subaru's Android Auto Shutdown

My wife and I drive a Subaru. Android Auto kept disconnecting while our phones were connected. I've read that some are suggesting replacing the USB cable with something modern and thick like this will solve the problem. My wife hasn't reported a disconnect since using this cable so it seems to have helped and I ordered one.
