The ease of use for both our internal users as well as those who are external partners has been great! Very helpful when you need help with your system or have questions about it in general but can't get through technical issues directly with techs at EnMns Support Team (as they're not answering their phone).
I wish there were more options available during training periods so we could try out new features before going live - this would give us some time to iron things out beforehand if needed instead of having them go "live" without knowing how everything will work in production mode. We've used several other platforms over the years including Cisco's PIX platform which was very clunky compared to what EEMNs provides now.
