Kitchen and dining room junk

This little appliance is practically useless. It's unbalanced when the lid is open, causing the two front legs to come off the counter by 1/2 inch, the trays aren't removable, and there's absolutely no indication of max or min fill or time. Switch, just pull the plug. The black plastic shines and also scratches easily. It came with scratches. A very simple little booklet says on the cover that it contains recipes. There is none. Also, on the machine I received, the back is flat, the thin part of the platform is curved. Two legs in the front and a platform in the back, so it's like a tripod and the whole thing wobbles and doesn't sit flat. So those are my observations - without a chance to try it, I would never risk adding liquid ingredients to something so unbalanced.
