I bought this lock for a small trailer. Unlike padlocks, which can be easily cut with bolt cutters, this heavy-duty padlock requires much more force to remove. Some reviewers say you can use a pry bar to pry it off, but nothing is 100% reliable. As others have said, this is a good deterrent for would-be thieves.
