Awesome solution for dynamic audiences
The platform allows you to create custom audience segments in real time from data collected through your website or app using their API's which can be used across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager / Google AdWords). You also have access via SDKs if needed but it seems like they are working towards making this more seamless with other marketing stack providers such as Hubspot/ Marketo etc.. We use CrystalIO primarily within our Facebook Advertising campaigns however we do utilize some cross channel capabilities by integrating into Salesforce Marketing Cloud - allowing us easy targeting & segmentation at scale!
