Review on Baggallini Womens Central Backpack Smoke by Star Bell

The bag is about the size I wanted although a little heavier than I wanted. I found two noticeable creases on the front pocket, the one indicated by the green arrow is larger than the one indicated by the blue arrow. They cannot be smoothed by hand. I don't want to steam, I'm afraid of damaging the fabric. I have contacted Baggallini support but have not received a response. I just wanted to see if I could try to steam out the creases without damaging the bag. I expect their support team to be more responsive!
