Review on Schumacher CR 2 Universal Battery Charger by John Baker

Purchased to charge a 6V Power Wheels battery (blue) to allow a toddler to drive a toy. The correct connector adapter was not included with the charger and it does not appear to be available anywhere. The instructions state that the adapter is available from Customer Service under part number 3899002778. When I called customer service the lady was rude - seemed like she didn't bother to help. All I got was "Yes, I don't show this, go to our website under adapters and look for it" before she hung up. I have never experienced such crappy customer service. The exact part number is not listed on the Schumacher website, making this charger useless to me.
