Multiple issues with this product. First, the lid doesn't open fully, and the hinges seem to snap easily if the lid is lifted too high. Then the compartments in which the tea bags are stored are too small, the bags have to be stuffed into them. You would think they would measure out a few teabags before coming up with a design. Ideally, one compartment should hold a box of tea, but it's too small. However, when they were all loaded and used carefully, they looked very beautiful. If you turn all the other tea bags upside down, they'll fit better.
