Extra thin material for professional massagers

I am a massage therapist and I need to change my covers from time to time when they become worn, rough due to material deterioration, or stained. Polycotton is a very thin material and showed signs of poor sewing and generally poor quality on arrival. Slight "rolling" of the material after the first wash. I don't have high hopes for the longevity of these coatings.
