The ability for me as an employee at this organization was being able see when employees were away from their desk via mobile device or desktop browser without having them sign in again after leaving work hours would be great! Not only do we know who's coming/going but also what projects they are working on so it helps us plan ahead with our tasks accordingly. With many different departments within my org I can quickly find out where people may need help now rather than waiting until later which has helped reduce wasted time during busy times like holiday season!
