It takes some time to figure out how to adjust the blade properly so it doesn't cut half the apple. It was set correctly, but I had to fiddle with it, and in the process I discovered there was an art to getting the blade in the right position. Today I made about 15 apples in about 7 minutes, all in an Instant Pot with some lemon juice, cinnamon and water. and bam, applesauce. I've found that homemade applesauce is 1000% better than anything in the grocery store. This guy's ability to core apples and slice them into spirals saves so much time and energy. i really like it It feels durable, has good suction on my countertop and actually washes up easily.
