Leak Proof - Sport Water Bottles

These are terrible water bottles. They're cute and easy for kids to use, that's the only reason I'm giving them two stars. They are NOT leakproof. Oh, they're in the beginning, but don't be fooled. The drinking valve breaks very easily in the corners and starts to leak. I bought three for my kids and it took three weeks for all of them to start leaking. I then bought 4 sets of replacement valves (for $10) just in case I had bad valves the first time. nope! Leaking again three weeks later. Of course, if you remember to close the valve every time, or convince your toddler (or 5 or 7 year old) to close it EVERY TIME, it obviously won't leak. Otherwise I would take something else. Nalgene Gulp-n-Grip is great because it's leak-proof but doesn't release that much water per sip, so I guess I'm still on the hunt for that elusive "perfect leak-proof baby water bottle."
