Sizing is tough - my new review

I measured as suggested in the instructions, and the brace I got is just a bit too tall. It pushes my chin up more than is comfortable. But it does help my cervical dystonia, it lessens the movements.

Pros

May help to reduce the need for strong pain medications or other invasive treatments for neck pain, saving time, money, and potential side effects

Cons

Can cause pressure sores if worn for too long
