Only one slight complaint. It’s a little pricey. And I had to return the first one because I either ordered the wrong size or they sent the wrong size. . Now that I have the right one, it works pretty well. One thing is certain; it’s made extremely well. They used the best quality hard wood combined with strong, stainless steel. Can’t think how it could be made any better. One other slight issue, and I only mention it because whoever is making these things obviously takes great pride in their work. The thing is, the stretcher does not go all the way to the very front of the boot. I think if they made it a little narrower so it would reach to the very end of the boot, there would be more area to stretch. It is a good product though and I highly recommend it. If the manufacturer ever considers my idea of making the wood part narrower, please let me know because I would buy the new version.
