Low-Quality Black Tissue Paper for Arts and Crafts

This tissue paper is not of good quality as it is very thin and rips easily, making it difficult to use for gift wrapping. While the price is reasonable, the paper can easily bleed onto surfaces, ruining the gift and causing a mess. However, it could be suitable for simple arts and crafts projects.
