I was very skeptical about this product but I decided to give it a try with my tight quadriceps. The skepticism is gone now, seriously I couldn't be more impressed with the compression sleeve. I couldn't walk comfortably, but I did comfortably when I first put it on and walked my dog. After two days I almost forgot about my quadriceps which took up to six weeks to heal. I will order one for my elbow and will be with any other issue that comes up. PS Mine was a bit tight at first, but stretched quickly and is very comfortable.
