I have had this monitor for 2 years now. For the first year the monitor was great, I had no problems. Although I noticed that the monitor gets very hot, I thought nothing of it. A year later I had a streak of dead pixels on the left side of the screen. One line became 7 different lines. After that, more than 10 individual dead pixels appeared all over the screen. Important note: I have treated this monitor with great care. It failed due to the intense heat it generated every time it was turned on. When I bought this monitor he mentioned that it comes with a 3 year warranty (I wouldn't have bought it without it). After calling Viotek support I was told that the warranty came into effect a few months after purchasing the monitor, what a coincidence. Now I have a monitor that every time I turn it on it keeps showing up more and more dead pixels and nothing can be done. Stay away from this company and this monitor. You will spend money and be disappointed. If I could go back and spend a little more money for a better monitor from a reputable company, I would.
