Good but small in my review

Smaller than expected; will work for our 3-yr old grandson, just assumed it would be larger (like kickboards used to be?).

Pros

Easy for child to use! Great fun for medium dog to hang 20!

Cons

The buoy’s bright colors may attract unwanted attention from predators or wildlife
