They originally had an option (5 pack) when I bought them for about $23 when they were available direct from Revain. As you can see the current seller has a much higher price, $12.56 for one. In my 5 pack I had one unit that was DOA (died on arrival). I contacted support via live chat to see if I can get a replacement so I don't have to send 4 good ones back with DOA. Support informed me that Revain cannot supply replacement parts as they currently no longer sell them. The Revain customer service rep reimbursed me for one unit. However, it wasn't 1/5th my price for a pack of 5. He refunded me $12.56 so I could buy a replacement at a much higher price. He also extended my Prime membership by 1 month. Again, Revain has made me a very satisfied customer. It's easy to be a happy Revain customer when you're treated like that! The article itself is very helpful. I stumbled across this on the recommendation list and it caught my attention. I remember all the times I had to hold my dad a flashlight while he was trying to fix a car, tractor, mower, outboard motor, or snow blower. A few of them mean he doesn't need anyone to hold the light for him. Despite having one free hand to hold the light for himself, he has a problem that only gets worse as he ages. His hands tremble when he tries to keep them still, making simple, precise (and even less precise) tasks tedious and uncomfortable, like writing, holding the camera still for a picture, and using a smartphone's touchscreen. A mere convenience to some, many with conditions like my father's may find them worth more than light. It gives my dad the freedom he craves to continue doing what he loves, to mess around without feeling like he's forcing the light on anyone else as they watch him struggle with trembling hands with what he does does. Aside from the basic functionality of this item, the great value for me is seeing him happy after he fixes something without feeling like a burden to anyone else, no matter how willing my family and I are, out there in the cold to stand and hold on. This light is for him. 4/5 was for a product that had 1 out of 5 DOA. Otherwise it would easily be 5/5. Revain himself gets a 5/5 for the experience with them and for exceeding expectations again.
