Wow, simply wow. This marinade injector is way better than I could have imagined. The first thing that struck me right out of the box was the quality of the stainless steel, the attention to detail in the design and the completeness of this set! You have thought of everything! Not only do you get 3 different injector needles with perfectly smooth sharpness in 3 different sizes for every size and type of meat, but you also get 3 different sized high quality reusable drain cleaning brushes AND replacement pads. The syringe plunger has a durable feel and is designed for ease of use and rounded finger grips to prevent accidental slippage when used with raw meat. The smooth movement of the plunger and the notches on the plunger shaft ensure that you inject just the right amount of marinade with every injection. I've used it twice so far, once with chicken thighs to inject an Italian flavored marinade that made my chicken very juicy and gave the meat a marinated flavor throughout the day! The second time we injected a turkey with garlic oil before frying it, the amount of flavor added to the breast meat was just amazing! Be sure to inject slowly and wiggle the hypodermic needle a bit as you pour the marinade into the meat to ensure even distribution.
