Review on Leviton GFNL2 W SmartlockPro Tamper Resistant Receptacle: Safety & Convenience Combined by Glen Needham

I bought 2 packs. The electrician installed the 1st and it looked perfect. I tried to test the lighting function, couldn't get it to work. Turns out the GFIC wasn't working either, even though the light was on. He checked the installation and saw nothing wrong. Then he installed the second one and it worked as expected. I contacted Leviton support (that in itself was a headache) and after a few weeks of waiting they asked me to send it back for review. Truth? I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to anyone until they have a better understanding of their quality control process.
