I am a teacher and have had to switch from face-to-face to distance learning due to school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would stare at a screen for maybe an hour or two a day to end up staring at a screen 12-15 hours a day. By the end of the night my eyes were burning with stress and fatigue. I purchased the clip on version of the glasses and wore them over my glasses as soon as I received them. I saw instant results. The day I started wearing glasses was the day I went to bed that night with no red, watery, burning eyes. I wear them every day as I easily record over 10 hours of screen time and my eyes feel great. I like to play games when I have some free time, so they allow me to look at the screen for that as well. Obviously they're dyed yellow, so everything looks a bit more yellow, but after you've put them on for a while, you won't notice (until you take them off). They are quite light and I only feel a slight weight gain on my nose as I only wear glasses so it's not uncomfortable in any way. a plastic holder, a mini screwdriver if you need one, and a cleaning cloth. I will add photos once Revain restores this feature. If you have problems with your eyes when looking at the screen, these glasses will solve this problem.
