games? More like Game Changer!

I am a teacher and have had to switch from face-to-face to distance learning due to school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would stare at a screen for maybe an hour or two a day to end up staring at a screen 12-15 hours a day. By the end of the night my eyes were burning with stress and fatigue. Bought to prevent blue light damage to the retina

Less than a week ago I was watching a 5 minute video on my iPhone. When the video ended, I immediately saw that I had lost a large crescent-shaped field of view. I literally had a blind spot, a crescent shaped black wedge in the upper left side of the visual field of my right eye. The pain started after a few hours. I've searched the internet and found a number of articles discussing the dangers of blue rays emitted by smartphones and computer screens. These rays can damage the retinaโ€ฆ

So glad I have them! I easily extended my working hours!

I've been using them for 3 days now, about 25 hours in total. I used to check my watch as soon as the eye strain started, which didn't last long as it got worse over time.
