Never liked belts. I don't use them, but for work I have to wear a device that attaches to my belt. It serves that purpose and I don't have to wear a full belt. It's comfortable, cool, lightweight, no more fiddling with buckles and it gets the job done. You get two, so that's a plus for me because I have a backup now. I'm sure it will hold pants as well, but I don't use it for that purpose. I have the medium one and it fits perfectly. I think this size fits best as it is adjustable. I wouldn't worry about the little one unless you are very small. Large only if you have a very wide waist where the belt loops are fairly wide apart.
