It was easy for our staff members around the world to use, it allowed us to track guests in real time which assisted with guest satisfaction as well as allowing our employees access from anywhere anytime! The system allows you multiple ways of viewing your data such as graphs or tables which can be very helpful when trying to solve an issue at hand.

I would like there were some features added but they are working hard towards adding new ones every now and then so we have no complaints about this product. We used Benson to make sure all aspects of running my small business (20 people) were covered without having too much paper work lying around.
