I'm sure this mount is strong because it's heavy and the parts are heavy duty, although I can't say for sure as this stand is NOT UNIVERSAL is! The assembly is usually easy, large parts are not marked, so you have to look carefully at the pictures in the instructions. Screws and the like are marked. BUT, it didn't work for me. I have a 43" TCL TV that is about 2-3 years old. The distance between the screws on the back of the TV is 4 1/2". Once the main frame is assembled it's time to figure out what type of screws You need to attach the rods with holes in them.None of the screws fit so I would use the old ones.The problem is that the middle part (with the logo) holding the "wings" together is too wide and the poles with holes don't fit on it.Definitely not universal,quite frustrating to disassemble, put away and send back.Hope this helps someone.
