Really disappointing

This four wheeler was very difficult to assemble, but it wasn’t impossible. Once my husband got it put together—and we’ve bought many different types of four wheelers and kids cars, so this wasn’t a new experience for us—the battery was faulty. We followed the guidelines of letting the battery charge a full 24 hours and it was just terrible. The four wheeler will barely drive, it crawls sometimes. Trying to get in touch with the manufacturer, and hoping this will get resolved because AMAZON WILL NOT RETURN THIS ITEM.
