I love this bikeseat. When it arrived I immediately tried to change out my bike seats so I could give it a try. Thats when I found out both the allen wrench and the other wrench provided were BOTH the wrong size. I couldn't change the bike seats until I went and bought the right sized tools. It was frustrating. Eventually I had time to do that and was able to change the seats once I had the right tools. I love the seat. It is so comfortable I had my friend try it and I have just ordered a second one for him.
