I have tried several garlic presses in my time and I hated them all until this one! They either didn't work, or they were difficult to clean, or they felt flimsy and cheap. So I was doomed to hand-grinding garlic for years until I finally got tired enough to look for a new product. I've spent hours reading reviews, top 10 lists, and various articles. Seems silly for a $10-$15 item but I'm fed up with the horrible products! Finally decided and I'm SO HAPPY I bought it! This works incredibly well, you can peel off any garlic skin by hand and rinse it out in seconds because the garlic doesn't get caught in the crevices! It also feels solid for its size and the grip is good for larger hands too. It works great, I can mash maybe 4-6 cloves before I even have to pull out the shell (at this point they fall out when you open them). Simple, strong and incredibly light. Is worth the money and saves me a lot of time compared to manual work. I can't believe I missed this! Would buy again and again.
