Not worth the price.
The grill I received does not get hot enough to make a sandwich (unless you turn the knob up). The temperature sensor is no more useful than my old and cheap Foreman Grill - in other words, it doesn't know what the actual temperature is and you have to unplug it to "turn it off". The card insert says there is a 2 year guarantee if you go to their website to activate it. The site didn't work. I contacted the seller through Revain and they replied that they activated it for me - but they never sent the requested copy of the warranty. They also offered a $10 credit card with a "surprise" to activate the guarantee. There was also no response from the seller regarding these issues. Not worth the money.
- Non-Stick Plates: Comes with a grill brush that easily cleans the grill plate and a drip tray to catch excess fat and liquid. The panini press is easy to use and clean. The stainless steel case is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.
