Repeated misfires in the cylinders lasted less than a week.

New spark plugs installed, new wires found. During the first week, random misfires began in the cylinders. Spark plug gap, distributor position, rotor double checked and everything was fine. I bought another set of cables and no more problems. I didn't feel like jumping through hoops for a refund so I just smashed them.
